Notification of holiday leave or absence due to sickness. (Requesting client calls to stop).

It is vitally important you take time off to recharge. As a self employed contractor with District Pest Control there is no paid annual leave entitlement. Therefore you can take off as you require unpaid. 

In order for us to maintain the service we need to know when you are planning not to do pest control services in your local area.

Please be advised you are required to inform management of holiday leave at least 6 weeks in advance  via completing the notification form below.

If you are off due to sickness you must notify us via notification form below as soon as possible.

Please note, if there are frequent absences throughout the year there is a high probability another technician will be put in your area as required to maintain the service.
